Services described

This site describes informational offers for web API latency tracking engagements—including baseline audits, endpoint latency attribution, latency budget mapping, and latency watch retainers. Listing a price does not create a contract. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and invoice.

No payment processing

This website does not process payments or provide checkout. Any payment arrangements are handled offline according to the invoice issued for an agreed engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we publish remain the property of NextGen Web API Digital unless a signed engagement states otherwise. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer or license as described in that engagement’s scope note.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competitive reuse, or misrepresent your affiliation when requesting services.

Disclaimer

Application analytics work improves latency measurement quality and decision clarity. We do not guarantee business outcomes, SLO attainment, or specific chart results. Insights depend on the completeness of data you provide and decisions your team makes afterward.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen Web API Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on informational content. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.
